Call Kelly Design

At Call Kelly Design, our policies exist to create clarity, protect the creative process, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for both parties. By working with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Payment Policy

• All services require full payment before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure a date on our calendar only.

• All sales are final

Payment is accepted only through official Call Kelly Design channels. We do not accept checks, cash, direct bank transfers, or personal card information.

Afterpay Policy

Afterpay is available at checkout for client convenience.

• When Afterpay is selected, Call Kelly Design is paid in full at checkout.

• Any payment schedule, missed payment, or dispute after checkout is strictly between the client and Afterpay.

• Call Kelly Design is not notified of Afterpay payment activity and cannot intervene.

Strategy-First Process

Our process is built on clarity before creation.

• Strategy is developed first.

• Design begins only after strategy clarity is achieved.

• If clarity cannot be established, design work will not move forward.

This process protects the quality of your brand and ensures intentional results.

Communication & Client Readiness

Clients are expected to:

• Complete all onboarding questionnaires fully and accurately

• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner

• Designate one point of contact if multiple stakeholders are involved

Lack of clarity, incomplete information, or extended delays in communication may affect timelines or result in project termination.

Revisions & Feedback

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as outlined in the proposal.

• Additional revisions may require additional fees and designer approval.

• Feedback must be consolidated and submitted respectfully.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

Completed work may be displayed on:

• Our website

• Social media platforms

• Marketing materials

If you are not ready for public launch or display, this must be communicated during the design process.

Web Design Scope

• Web design is offered only as part of a branding package.

• Supported platforms: Wix and Squarespace.

• Includes basic on-page SEO setup.

We do not:

• Install or connect domains

• Assign or configure payment processors

• Provide custom development or advanced coding

Faith-Based Business Policy

Call Kelly Design is a Christian-based company.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our biblical values, including but not limited to:

• Halloween-themed designs

• St. Patrick’s Day-themed designs

• Nightclubs, sex clubs, or adult entertainment

• Nudity, profanity, or explicit content

• Themes of darkness or wickedness

All decisions are made respectfully and professionally.

Right to Refuse Service

Call Kelly Design reserves the right to decline or terminate services that do not align with our values, process, or business standards.
