These policies apply to all services provided by Kelly Services Express LLC.

1. Accepted Payments & Official Channels

Payment is accepted only through official Call Kelly Design platforms:

• Invoices sent from kelly@callkellydesign.com

• Checkout through www.callkellydesign.com

We do not accept:

• Checks

• Cash

• Direct bank transfers

• Personal credit or debit card information

Any request for payment outside of these official channels is not affiliated with Call Kelly Design.

2. Afterpay Policy

Afterpay is offered as a client convenience option.

• When Afterpay is selected, Call Kelly Design is paid in full at checkout

• Any payment schedule, missed payment, or dispute after checkout is strictly between the client and Afterpay

• Call Kelly Design:

  • Is not notified of missed or late Afterpay payments

  • Does not manage Afterpay accounts

  • Cannot intervene in Afterpay agreements

Once checkout is completed, the invoice is considered paid in full.
All Afterpay-related inquiries must be directed to Afterpay customer support.

3. Payment Structure & Project Start

• Full payment or approved deposit is required before services begin unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Payment secures your purchase but does not automatically begin your project.

• Project scheduling begins only after:payment has been received, and all required intake forms and project information have been submitted. Once your intake form has been reviewed, a project start date and estimated delivery timeline will be provided.

• Turnaround times begin from the scheduled project start date, not the payment date.

• Delays in communication or incomplete submissions may affect your timeline.

4. All Sales Are Final

All payments are non-refundable.

Once payment is submitted:

• A project date is reserved

• Strategy research and preparation begin immediately

Because time, labor, and calendar availability are committed, refunds are not offered.
Any adjustments are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment submission.

Approved cancellations within this timeframe are subject to a 15% administrative fee to cover processing, scheduling, and project preparation.

Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.

All sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period.

Approved credits may be applied toward future services at the discretion of Call Kelly Design.

5, Brand Discovery Calls(Consultations)

Clarity Call

15 Minutes | $45

Clarity Calls are designed for new and returning clients who need guidance before selecting a service. This consultation is ideal if you're unsure where to start, have questions about your project, or need help determining which Brand Kit or service best fits your business.

 Discovery Call

60 Minutes | $149

Discovery Calls are required for custom branding packages, website design projects, and strategy-led services. These consultations include a more in-depth discussion of your business goals, project scope, brand direction, and service recommendations. A pre-call review may be completed when applicable.

Consultation Request & Payment

A completed consultation request form and a $45 consultation fee are required before your appointment request can be reviewed.

If you request a Discovery Call, the remaining balance will be invoiced before your appointment is confirmed.

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee your preferred appointment date or time.

Appointments are confirmed only after:

• Your consultation payment has been received.

• Your requested appointment has been reviewed for availability.

• You have received a confirmation email from Call Kelly Design.

Quotes & Recommendations

Any proposal or quote provided following a Discovery Call is valid for 48 hours, unless otherwise stated.

Projects that remain inactive for 120 days or more may require a new Discovery Call before work can begin.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Emergency reschedule requests may be emailed to kelly@callkellydesign.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By Booking a Consultation

By requesting a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Consultation Policy and understand that appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received and an official confirmation email has been sent by Call Kelly Design.

6. Customized Branding Packages/ Invoice

Call Kelly Design offers customized branding packages exclusively to clients who complete a Breakthrough Discovery Call.

• All packages are strategy-led

• Pricing varies by scope, complexity, and deliverables

• Packages are not one-size-fits-alL

Invoices are due within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, communication and a confirmed payment update are required. Invoices unpaid after 24 hours may incur a $75 late fee.

Invoices unpaid after one (1) week may require a $125 reinstatement fee if the project remains eligible for scheduling. Invoices without payment or communication may be canceled at the discretion of Call Kelly Design.

7. Strategy-First Process

Our process is built on clarity before creation.

1. Strategy is developed first

2. Design begins only after strategy clarity is achieved

If strategy clarity cannot be established, design work will not proceed, even if payment has been made. If alignment cannot be reached, Call Kelly Design reserves the right to pause or terminate services.

8. Client Readiness & Communication

Clients are expected to:

• Complete all onboarding questionnaires fully and accurately

• Provide clear and timely communication

• Actively participate in the strategy process

Lack of clarity, incomplete information, or repeated indecision may result in:

• Project delays

• Additional revision fees

• Or termination of services

9. Revisions & Feedback

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions, outlined in the proposal

• Additional revisions:

  • Require an additional fee

  • Are subject to designer approval

• If multiple stakeholders are involved:

  • One (1) representative must be designated

  • All feedback must be consolidated before submission

• Respectful and professional communication is required at all times.

10. Concept Ownership

• If multiple concepts are presented, the client must select one (1) final concept

• Only the selected concept becomes the client’s property

• Unselected concepts remain the intellectual property of Call Kelly Design
