Service Description
This session is designed for clients who have already completed a Brand Suite and need ongoing guidance as they continue to build and grow their brand. Whether you’re unsure what to focus on next, need feedback on an idea, or want direction before moving forward, this call provides focused support without committing to a full service. During this 25 minute session, we will: • Clarify your current need or challenge • Provide direction aligned with your brand • Identify your next best step If additional strategy or design work is needed, recommendations will be provided following the call. Please Note: This session is not intended for full strategy development. Cancellation Policy
Clarity Call Policy * The Clarity Call is for returning clients only unless you have been instructed otherwise. * This call does not include strategy, branding, or design services. * The purpose of this call is to discuss your current needs, determine how we can assist, review possible turnaround timeframes, and provide quotes if applicable. * This call is ideal for clients interested in services such as a rebrand, website updates, or general project questions. * All calls are final. * You may reschedule your call up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by emailing us at Kelly@CallKellyDesign.com. * No-call, no-shows will automatically be placed on our do not book list. * We allow a 5-minute grace period for all calls. We will attempt to call up to two times within that timeframe.
